If you don’t struggle, then you’re not challenging yourself. If you aren’t challenging yourself then you are stagnant.
I have a love/fear relationship with acrobatics. Most people I meet who learned as an adult do. I’ve also concussed myself doing back tucks so there is that too (lol).
The beautiful thing that parkour/ADD has taught me is that everything is trainable or re-trainable. The 1st step is always inward.
It has also taught me the beauty in overcoming (which usually starts with a struggle).
